In 1996 I started massage school to become a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), because I had been helped so much by bodywork in my lifetime.

The Mckinnon Institute is where I studied Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. I also studied Bodywork in Seattle and Los Angeles. Then I studied Thai Massage in Bangkok at the Wat Po temple in the Banglamphu district. Recently I studied at the Asha School of Massage in Norcorss, GA.

Currently, I have a massage practice for people from all walks of life.

My life's path is largely about HEALING. I plan to explore the mind/body connection through further studies.

I identify with the "wounded healer" archetype. For we all have wounds, yet the wounds we carry from life can help us to be compassionate toward others.
